Rooms could use a deep clean. First room they assigned us was dirty with unkept beds and bags of trash. 2nd room had water bottles and trash in between the bed. The shower didn’t drain and was hard to start due to the knob being corroded. The breakfast was impressive and had many options. The staff was polite and attentive. It was less than $100/night, so can’t really complain.
Some of the staff is excellent, but there are a few staff members that could use some training
We had a baseball tournament the weekend of June 6th. The first person who checked is in was very nice. We get up to our FIRST room, where we were hit with a horrible smell of fermented cat urine. They did swap us rooms without an issue. The next one had a broken handle to the fridge that was crusted over. The floors are stained there is God knows what all over the walls. I want to start off by saying that the staff was excellent here. She went above and beyond making sure I could get to my room easily. But the room itself add so many things wrong with it I don't even know where to begin and I doubt I will cover them all. The doorknob to the bathroom was hanging so loose you could look through it. All it needs is a handyman with a screwdriver to tighten those up. While I'm on screwdrivers on when I went to open the drawer next to the bed the handle came off in my hand.
