Hotel was as expected, great stopover to have a rest before our long flight. Hotel is ageing but it was comfortable and enough for what we needed.

I actually really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms were clean and great value for money, especially when factoring in breakfast. I also found the staff kind and helpful. My only issue was that the breakfast only had the option for being served on paper plates, plastic cups and bamboo cutlery. This generated a ton of waste with all the guests at the hotel eating the continental breakfast. I feel like the cost of so much single use plates/cups/utensils could pay for the cost of dishwashing staff and also minimize the waste. G... read more

Un hotel básico, el más económico que encontré apenas llegué a Toronto. Yo no sabía cómo contactarme con ellos, hubiera sido algo fácil quizás se tuvieran alguna Linea de WhatsApp activa.

Avoid with Family. There are unusual activities in the night , lots of high dose people roaming at the front desk area and at the entrance. Moreover the front desk lady at night(specifically) was totally looks like friendly with them and no action. Also, our 1 room AC was not working, even after notifying her(night front desk), she simply said " u gave to adjust, once our technician comes, I'll send him" and that technician never arrived, nor did she called. It was really bad experience Filthy rooms.
