I checked in on the 8/25 after driving 12 hours. I am a hotel General Manager my self for a Quality Inn. My check in took well over 20 minutes with zero line. I had to wait for front desk to finish a phone call with neighboring Comfort Inn staff which should have been placed on hold from the sound of the challenge. Choice standards is about 2 1/2 check in time. The PTAC was auto programed to stay at 74 degrees with only a 5 min cool down cycle. I had to reprogram it to cool down longer and lower temp. I reserved this room on Expedia and because I didn't get there til 5 they labeled me a no show and rented out my room. I tried to get another room and they wanted to charge me another 150 plus 100 deposit. I paid 156 already. No compassion and it was almost like Gale enjoyed telling me that I was screwed. I told her simply "I can't wrap my head around how ridiculous this is, how is this even legal." Got a snicker, would never recommend this place. Horrible impression made. Out 156 and a room.
