Absolutely amazing experience at The George Hotel Ballarat. From check in to check out, every staff member at the hotel and entire establishment were amazing. So welcoming and genuinely friendly. The location is incredible. The building is incredible. The rooms are extremely well appointed and so snug and comfy. Even when we had some difficulty with the sofa bed, the amazing staff leapt into action and promptly resolved it. It has been decades since we experienced this kind of service. Over charged for drinks, woken twice on Saturday morning between 2 and 3am, sounded like kegs being changed over room took a while to warm up.
Excellent service. Good food. Nice wine. Allowed dog into the alleyway part where we ate. Nice and central as we had just been to the cinema. Would visit again.
First time in there. Awesome clean nice place but bigger would be nice games room has heaps of machines to keep U entertained
