Hospitality was great. Room was clean . Shampoo bottles aren’t new . They do offer breakfast.
I've stayed at various hotels, from budget-friendly to luxurious, but one thing they should all have in common is cleanliness. Unfortunately, my recent stay fell short. Disappointing stay due to serious cleanliness issues. Staff lacked uniforms and professionalism for work attire. Our room was dirty, with a shower drain that didn't work properly, causing water to accumulate. The curtains had visible black mold, and there were stains on the furniture and bedding. The rooms are older and worn, however, the bed and bedding were amazing! Stayed 2 nights. The pool was a little cold the first day, but warmer the second. We had the pool to ourselves and the hot tub. They both were enjoyable.
Bedding clearly was not changed after the last guests, there were long strands of hair in BOTH of our beds. Along with suspicious yellow spots on both comforters. Attendant was too lazy to go to the linen closet at night, so she gave us a gross, worn throw blanket and one extra sheet. Bathroom was surprisingly ok, minus the soiled shower curtain which should've been replaced ages ago. It's like every white piece of cloth here is stained and worn out.
