Absolute worst experience. Not only was the room a nightmare, but I got charged twice and can't get a single person to answer the phone at the hotel to dispute it.
Never again would I stay here ,roach in the bathroom,the lady at the front desk is nasty ,and I haven't received my deposit back yet !

A pior experiência. Estou hospedada aqui a 6dias,era pra embarcar hoje para o Brasil. Porém nosso vôo foi cancelado devido ao furacão Milton, fomos a recepção para refazer o prolongamento da estadia e o valor simplesmente foi maior do que o dobro do que pagamos pelos 6 dias... exploração total,sem contar a cara de sínica da recepcionista. Nunca vieram limpar o quarto, pedi pra limpar,esperamos o dia todo e não vieram. Trocaram as toalhas uma única vez pq pedimos.
