Had lots to bring in for a few days stay and had to carry it all up the stairs, my only disappointment. Room was cozy and the breakfast was delicious.
A very nice and comfortable visit. I had stayed here several years ago and was so pleasantly surprised when I checked in today. Everything was renovated and really wonderful. I had a room that has a full size fridge, a comfortable sitting area with couch and ottoman. Very nice! Wifi is fast, many pillows, watched a shark movie marathon on TV (my favorite). One of the beds were a little lopsided but the location was convenient. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and there is food, gas, and stores in walking distance.
Having stayed at numerous high-end hotels, I must say that this one is truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were impeccably clean, and above all, I felt completely safe. I extend my sincere gratitude to the Pueblo West Quality Inn team for their outstanding care of my pets, children, and myself!
