Rude, short tempered, and demeaning attitude by the staff. Definately what I am not accustomed to at a Quality Inn.
After a long cross-country drive, arrived here at the Quality Inn Tempe Airport to find a great hotel room --- clean, odor-free, with a mini fridge, microwave and all the amenities. Quite nice, after some not so great accomodations through the mid-section of the country. Here in Tempe, everything has been just wonderful....from the friendly gentleman at the front desk (John) to the swimming pool open until 10:00 p.m. to the easy access I-10, I'm delighted to be here. Definitely plan to return.
