The most dilapidated hotel ive seen in Springfield so far and i have stayed at a lot of different ones. Door to bathroom in room doesnt open because it hits the tub, sink was backed up, counter is coming apart, carpet and pillows were dirty. Breakfast was total junk and a lady kept hovering around trying to talk to the guests and sweep the floor. So she is sweeping dirt right at the food. Front desk staff was nice but this place is falling apart and owners obviously do not care. They are just making as much money as they can... read more
My family came here for a night to be with each other and some nasty little boys stole my sons money and the front desk boy said nothing could be done about it and refused to call management to watch the cameras and told us we couldn’t have our money back. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE!!
The room I stayed in was decent sizes and the hotel staff were courteous and welcoming.
The room was clean and tidy. I had one and they were able to address with speed and professionalism.
