This place is absolutely unacceptable. The rooms are filthy—grime built up in every corner, food stains poop and dirt smeared on the walls, and towels covered in mold. The smell in the rooms is nauseating. Also, don't expect to get ANY extra blankets, towels or even sheets or bedding for the pullout couch bed they have. My room smelt old. My carpet was damp. The pull out sofa mattress had multiple stains. The staff is friendly, but my “suite” was not sweet at all.
the was my first time staying here and I was disappointed. the hallways and the rooms smelled like old pee . I was in room 308 and I had ROACHES ! they was everywhere . The front desk lady said they never had a complaints about having roaches but that’s not true . I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE
There’s definitely roaches in the building because we seen one in our room. The floors looked like they weren’t properly swept or vacuumed because there were hair balls under the sink counter. The walls & bathroom door were disgusting. We’ll never be coming back to this place.
We took two rooms. First, I went to room 105 and saw two cockroaches. After killing them, they changed the room to 101. There were red stains on the bedsheets. Lipstick stains on the quilt in 107. What else could I do? Somehow, 5 people were crammed into two beds in one room and stayed there for a night. No one should come here.
