I was charged multiple times and still haven't gotten my money back and it's been 6 days!!! The room was not like the pictures. The staff didn't know how to do their job and had a attitude because I want my money back that I worked for!! The food was not good. Never again!!! Thats not all of it..
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was nothing but terrible experience. My sister still has a $95 fraudulent charge that we have been trying to reach the hotel to resolve and none of the numbers we were told and on the website is working.
Terrible service. I don't know why the hotel doesn't train staff first before putting them to work. Service rating: 0.
