Really rundown, dirty, mildew on bathroom/sink/ foset. Non of the what supposed fo be chrome pieces had any shine to it. Foor is old and broken. Last time there.
Our room was infested with German cockroaches, there was a broken power outlet that posed a fire hazard, which would have posed a larger problem as the fire alarm was also broken. Complete disrepair throughout the entire room. The continental breakfast was almost non-existent. Had I known, I would have spent more at a better hotel.
My husband was in need of finding lodging in Orlando and Azeem made what could have been a stressful situation into a stress-free encounter. The room was good, the location was ideal, and the service from Azeem at the front desk was amazing. Been a while since we've experienced A-1 hospitality like that!! They found a gem when hiring him!
