If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Don't waste your time or money here. I booked and paid for a king room. Upon arrival, that room was unavailable despite my reservation. For 4 out of 6 nights, I was placed in 2 different rooms and also encountered documented unsanitary conditions (roaches, mold on curtains, brown stains on pillows) in the second room, acknowledged by the property. The lady that booked this room the person lie to her saying that there were handicap assembly room that was not the case you couldn't even take a shower for two days she dished out 280.00 the toilet leaks the floors were black and disgusting there was roaches by the sink we went to the front desk we told them everything was going on and they didn't even care they threatened us to check out if we choose to told us to call corporate because they don't want to get the person in trouble that she talked to that day when she paid ... read more

I am a disabled woman I asked for a handicap room was lied too can't even take a shower because theirs no handicap barfor the two I was there and had to go to work the next day the floors are dirty the toilet was leaking the A/C is so loud that I had to keep turning up the TV I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a disabled loved one.
