Quality Inn & Suites on the Bay near Pensacola Beach

The hotel is right off the bridge and literally you can fish the bay, sun sets are amazing and our room had access to a little piece of beach, now if you are wanting luxury it's not here , the building is old and they have kept it up for the most part but it's just old , the staff was at a desk, not very knowledgeable or hospitable , not saying rude just not really engaging. But it was clean and the view and access to bay is the reason we do come back

First room we reserved a/c was not blowing cold air & had issues with door card. Got moved to another room, door card has issues! But the a/c was cold. Booked the room on booking.com, the pictures on web site very deceitful! Unless you get a suite on top, can’t see the beach/water just the pool. Now about the bed, omg, my husband and I are going home with sore hips and backs! It felt like sleeping on a piece of wood!
