Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Happy with our stay.
The water pressure was so low! There was barely any water coming out, literally. Also all the ice machines are out of order and there is no sign of it getting fixed anytime soon. The breakfast selection was mediocre at best, with no hot food at all. I would only recommend in case of an emergency.
Booked a room lost my id while traveling to location from Missouri got refused service or ability to contact the general manager etc it was a non refundable booking per the hotels rules and refused any remedy to resolve... Basically was legally robbed and put to stay out on the streets since no longer had money for place to stay and the place had my money refused let me stay!!!! Absolutely would not stay or book here worst customer service ever and they definitely think they are better than the customers they provide service... read more
