This the nastiest hotel I ever stay this place should be close down is dirty, everything is broken, the breakfast is very bad I can't say anything good about this place, I don't understand how they still open. Stay away from this place.

My family booked four rooms over the July 4th weekend, and this was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The air conditioner in Room 212 went out during a 96-degree day, and my 85 and 77-year-old uncle and aunt were stuck in unsafe heat. When my aunt reported it, Mr. Patel, the hotel manager, was shockingly rude—he yelled at my aunt, insisted the AC was fine (even though only one vent blew cool air and the rest were hot), and slammed the door loudly enough to alarm the rest of us. My family drove in from out of town for the 4th and I booked the double queen bed suite. Check-in was a breeze Thanks to the female at the front desk. Once we got to the room, it was dead bugs all over the floor, a giant spider on the curtain that I had to get rid of and the room had a foul odor. So the female receptionist sent guest services right away and took care of those issues. So thank you for being proactive! Later that night when my family and I returned to the room.
