Hotel is very clean and well kept. Hot breakfast is available and delicious. Rooms are comfy and clean. Beds are comfy and clean. Area is safe and convenient. Very friendly and courteous staff! A good value for the price!
In reply to business review, their "pet friendly" room would not accommodate my ADA needs. And task trained service dogs ARE NOT PETS. When I reported this to corporate, the immediately prioritized my call, and assured me, I was right and that the management was wrong. Couldn't tell you what their rooms and service are like as we were denied a room because of my disability and have task trained service dogs. Clean and very nice people
Rooms were modern. Clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Great value. We added Quality Inn &Suites to our favorite list.
Rooms are humid. They did not clean up our rooms each day. Every request at the desk was just a 'no.' And they forgot to install an elevator. So if you need a multi day stay, ask for downstairs.
