The rooms were clean and comfortable. The first night we stayed on the second floor.It was excruciating going up and down the stairs because there was no elevator. I requested a lower floor unit for my 2nd day, and they were very accommodating. They had it ready first thing in the morning. There was ample parking and the continental breakfast filling.

Sheets on bed were not changed. Hair and dirt all on those sheets. Bathtub smelled of bleach but had hair left in it. Left me wondering what else they didn’t do. Towels and wash clothes were clean. The night shift house keeper did come and changed both beds the sheets. He was very kind and apologetic.

I had surgery on January 29th 2026 and decided to spend one Night thinking hopefully the snow and ice in our parking would be thawed enough to where I could get to my house without dying because I cant walk for 6 weeks.
