Let me tell you why I write this. LIZ!! She is rude, very unhelpful and refused to let me speak with her supervisor after explaining my situation and told me that she would not make any exceptions. I’ve been a Choice rewards member for years, have a credit card that matches my ID and the problem is that I only have a picture of said ID because it was lost while traveling.
Si buscas un lugar básico, cómodo y aceptable este es el lugar. Está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son grandes y tienen las amenidades básicas pero lo más importante para mí es el desayuno que está incluido y es muy completo . Aunque todos los dias es casi lo mismo (huevos revueltos , salchichas, papas , frutas , waffles) la verdad se agradece no tener que gastar en un desayuno, ya que es muy completo y quedas satisfecho.
Comodo, Viejo el hotel pero mantenido, el desayuno esta basico pero suficiente; el personal muy amable. Lo unico malo son los ruidos de camiones en las noches por la zona industrial aqui junto; pero para un par de noches por negocio esta aceptable.
Pues cuando llegamos se miraba viejo a comparación con las fotos no se parecían. Las habitaciones descuidadas los muebles sucios y la zona parecía peligrosa. No había tantos restaurantes.Al final nos fuimos porque no nos pareció . Además nos cobraron más de lo que prometían .
