There was so much moisture in the room you could see it on the floor as well as the counter. The bed was hard (fine for me but husband had to sleep in the chair.) Toilet was stopped up when we first got in the room. When we reported it to the service desk their response was ' what did you put in the toilet?' Once we said liquid only, when the maintenance guy came his language was harsh. He commented that the last 'f..k..' should've told them it was clogged. I had a good overnight stay here. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything needed was available. The location was convenient for my trip into Atlanta, and it offered a good value for the price. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations! I’d happily stay here again.
roaches. roaches. ROACHES… from baby roaches to the parents , aunties and grandmoms!!!! i don’t think i’ve ever been to a place where the staff hype up the place so much for the experience to be so bad. if you can save your money and not come DO NOT COME.
