I booked a room for a business trip looked on my AP and selected Days Inn and Suites hoping for a usually good room. The price was reasonable but the good news stops fairly quickly. I get to my room to find it's not fully cleaned and not stocked. I found a coffee bag in the coffee maker, trash in the trashcan,no regular coffee, creamer packets or cups. The tray holding the coffee maker has debris on it and there's hair in the tub and dirt on the floor. There's no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. There's a screw and a penny on... read more

This hotel is #2 in the list worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The care of the structure itself is incredibly worrisome. I wish I could attach pictures. I’ve seen hotels look like this after a hurricane came through. This is not a place for a female traveling alone to stay. My safety and privacy was uncomfortable. Front desk was not very friendly. This isn't any fault of the staff that worked there. They are doing the absolute best that they can, they are just stretched way too thin. They have a really long check-in processes and they refuse to staff more than one person, so while you're standing there waiting to get your key card reprogrammed (again) nobody is able to help you because they have to spend 15 minutes swiping a debit/credit card and and printing a paper. Friendly service at the front desk, nice rooms, but a very minimal breakfast. The hotel is located just off the main road thru town, at an intersection of a major street. Its located next to the Walmart and several other local businesses. I checked in late, the front desk was very friendly. I had a nice conversation with them and then went up to my room. Booked a room with a couch bed. Walked in to find a kitchen went to the guy at the desk and he called his manager a few minutes later and he gave us the kitchen room plus a extra room all for the price of the room we booked. I was very happy that they fixed the mistake they made in a timely manner. But I was annoyed that they locked my key to the second room not once but twice.
