Stingiest hotel ever, housekeeping never came to the 3 rooms we had to replace any towels and when we needed more towels they wouldnt give us more we had to bring down our dirty ones to the desk first in order to get new ones and then the one pool towel you arent even allowed to take up to the room so you have to dry off then freeze while going back upstairs then we had to wait for them to inspect rooms to get back the deposit and you have to give both keys back or no deposit returned, i stay in hotels all over in multiple s... read more
The bed linen smells of old perfume, the pillows are in terrible condition.
First, Alex, who greeted us at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. He checked us into our room the fastest anyone ever had. Alex could be working at any hotel he wanted to. Overall the hotel is dated. The room was OK. The mattresses were a little worn. We had a room on the 2nd floor, and the floor creaked quite a bit. The guy staying in the room above us kept us up late walking back and forth in his room. The grounds could have used some care. The hotel didn't look cared for driving up to it.
Multiple items stolen after staying there the past 4 nights.
The sheets had not been changed and had blood and what i am assuming was poop the rest of the room was untidy to say the least I left and went to another hotel
