Nasty place the room was dirty and smell bad had stains in the shower cortain,chairs and bed stay in the firts floor and the windows would not lock, ac made noice everytime it turn off the bed was a cheap one that mame noices everytime u would go on it.

We booked a crib to be in our room, which it wasn't. The front desk guy threw the manager under the bus and said he was "mentally checked out" and left early that day so he had no idea if the crib was there or not. I had to check and it was not. 40 minutes later, he wheeled up this crib that had a stained sheet and the "mattress" was a foam pad with custom old comforter sewn around it for extra padding, I guess. Stingiest hotel ever, housekeeping never came to the 3 rooms we had to replace any towels and when we needed more towels they wouldnt give us more we had to bring down our dirty ones to the desk first in order to get new ones and then the one pool towel you arent even allowed to take up to the room so you have to dry off then freeze while going back upstairs then we had to wait for them to inspect rooms to get back the deposit and you have to give both keys back or no deposit returned, i stay in hotels all over in multiple s... read more
