Recently stayed for one night here after attending a concert in the KC area. The check in and check out staff were extremely friendly and kind. The room was clean and in great shape. Breakfast had good options- my favorite being the biscuits and gravy. Overall it was a great stay and would absolutely stay again.
Great friendly & helpful service. Clean rooms. Linens are a bit stained but clean. For a middle price place we were very pleased. Staying again on our way back through. Felt safe in the neighborhood.
Love this hotel! Originally was at Super 8 next door, but it was so dirty that we left the hotel (gave a one star review for Super 8). Was trying to figure out a new hotel. Quality Inn was right by Super 8. Asked the manager if I could see a room. He showed me a room. Really liked what I saw. Room we stayed in was clean. Employees were nice people. Housekeepers were very friendly. We plan on staying here again.
