Dirty rooms & floors. staff seemed friendly but also appeared confused on what rooms were actually occupied vs available and cleaned vs trashed. The first room smelled of urine, feces and vomit. Room 2: I walked in on someone else(which staff thought it was amusing). Room 3: smelled awful but my family & I were tired of musical chairs & too exhausted to keep playing. I needed to wash laundry but the dryer broke mid cycle at 11PM .:/ The kids had wanted to swim the next day before checkout but their pool was green.
Customer service at the front desk was great. But the rooms are in bad shape. And mine was not cleaned thoroughly. It looked as though just the bedding, towels, and toiletries were replaced and everything else was left. Something that looked like dog kibble was in the chair.
