The only thing I can say is the lady that checked me in was very nice. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. People up until after 1 yelling in the halls. A dog barking nonstop on top of the people yelling. The bathroom sink is falling off the wall in the room we had. The room was filthy, the tissue box was empty, dirty socks in the couch.
