If there was a zero star that’s what this hotel deserves. Disgusting. AC made noises all night. Roaches. Couldn’t speak English. HORRIBLE!
Arrived and was informed the only elevator was broken, I wish we could have been notified in advance. We were placed on the fourth floor with two small children and all our luggage. The breakfast was very poorly stocked. Breakfast was open until 9:30, we came down at 8am, the fridge was empty except for cream cheese. There were only a few muffins, bread, dry cold eggs, cold sausage, and oatmeal. There was also cereal, but no milk. After about 30 minutes a staff member arrived and restocked some food.
