Advertises free wifi, but the wifi requires a third party authentication which never loads. After asking the front desk to fix it. They provided me with thier internet customer support number. Im on vacation I shouldnt be calling a hotels network company for them. When I proceeded to call quality inn and suites customer support, they also tried to get me to call the network provider for them. The mattress is absolute trash! I checked to see what it was and the tag shows it is 21 years old.
Rooms and carpet are dirty, asked for a clean blanket and this is what they gave me twice
We had a great stay here, the breakfast was very nice, the staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The room was huge with lots of space, and the pool was great. Overall, it was a perfect stay.
