Horrible management, poor leadership and lack of care for the employees, you can hear the supervisors rudness on their tone of voice towards them. Could even hear one of them crying. Hope someone that matters reads this.

We booked our room months ago with the Quality suites indio via third party. When we arrived to a huge mess do to the name change of the Hotel and were refused a room. We were never notified of the change. It was a 117 degrees I we needed to get ready for a concert at Fantasy Springs. Ruined our whole Vacation. We had to leave early do to the 2 hour drive home.
