We checked in late after an international flight and we are disgusted how the room smells of urine. I do not feel comfortable letting anything touch the floor. The carpet is sticky. Judging by how dirty and gross the stairs are, I have a feeling every room is like this.
I been there couple of times during the past three years and the service, rooms and the overall quality are great! Planning to go to Kissemee next month and this is my place to stay...
