I found drug paraphernalia in my room. The housekeepers are not doing a good job cleaning the rooms. The guest restroom on the first floor was absolutely disgusting. This hotel needs to do a better job cleaning. The price of this hotel is very high considering how dirty it is. I won't be staying here ever again. I have attached a email from Jay Patel the GM of the Quality Hotel.
Nobody at front desk. Rang bell, yelled hello, had to call the GM. Finally checked into our room, hair in the bed and floor wasn’t vacuumed. Immediately canceled and left.
Wish I could give it no stars, hot tub doesn't work pipes are showing, when we got a room the TV was broken, bedrooms smell funky too.
Great value and clean large rooms. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again !!!
