The hotel staff never answers the phone and then when I have called to speak to my husband I get hung up on , then they refuse to answer the phone .

DO NOT STAY HERE 1. $150 incidental fee when everything in the hotel is either dirty or broken. (See photos) 2. Room smells so bad. 3. Bathroom walls and tiles are broken, shower head is broken. 4. Knob and door stoppers are broken. 5. Security - no cameras on the inner breakfast area and the pool. 6. Towels are not available until 9:30am 😱 Highlight* I FOUND A USED SOFT COFFEE POD INSIDE THE COFFEE MAKER, NOT SURE HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN THERE, IT WAS SO DRY.

Noori at the front desk has been extremely accommodating. Fatimah has been very helpful as well. I have been here at the Quality Inn & Suites Golden for nearly a month now. I have not had but a couple of minor issues and any issue I have had, the ladies at the front desk promptly addressed and resolved. The housekeeping and maintenance staff (Carmen, Maria, Luz, and Carlos) are courteous and do a fantastic job keeping my room, the building, and the grounds clean.
