Everything was fine until I went to bed. It was hard like big rocks. I had to put 4 pillows in the middle of the bed to lay on, to get some rest. My husband had to sleep in a chair. That's how bad it was. We were so tired we couldn't go somewhere else. I should have asked for my money back, but that's water under the bridge.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this motel. We discovered bed bugs in our room and ended up with multiple bites all over our bodies. Other guests also mentioned feeling like they were getting bitten at night. Despite providing clear photo and video evidence of the infestation, management refused to offer a refund. They brought in an inspector two days after we reported the issue, but by then, the room had already been cleaned, with fresh bedsheets and everything tidied up, leading the inspector to declare the ... read more
Horrible management. The place looks like a half way house, not a motel. Homeless everywhere. Everything was dirty. Not what I was expecting.
Really rude manager and horrible service.
