Do not ever visit this hotel with your family. The rooms are disgusting and full of filth. The employees are rude and unethical. My room was broken into and I was harassed. Disgusting hotel needs to be condemned. DO NOT GO HERE. The Marriott at Park Ave and Primacy Pkwy isn't very far away. That is a much better value and has been the cleanest hotel in the Germantown/East Memphis Area that I have ever stayed in. They also have a very nice outdoor pool.
Terrible
The rooms here are horrible, the smell of mold, and smoke filled the hallways. We weren’t sure if someone hadn’t been in here for a while but it reeked. The floors were sticky, just all around bad. Worst hotel i’ve been to.
