Dirty hotel. Staff never answered repeated phone calls to front desk.
We had a very unpleasant experience. We walked in to a heavy scent - my assumption is it was sprayed to mask the odor of the room. An hour later, that scent was replaced by a musty odor. I kept thinking it was mold. The carpet felt wet and one place had a hole in the subfloor that you could feel through the carpet. We were placed there by American Airlines due to a flight delay - I would not stay at a Quality Inn again. Also the 24/7 shuttle kept a large group of us waiting at the airport for 30 minutes. Like others I got stuck here overnight on an American Airlines voucher due to cancellations. The smell of mold was god awful and the welcoming committee into our row rooms was the American Cockroach. We too met the shuttle driver from hell. It is unbelievable he has a job with the way he drives. Speeding and swerving. Rattles off gates and doesn’t listen to a damn person. 8/11 5:30am shuttle. It smelled so bad In the rooms like dirty mop and moldy. I had to go get a deodorizing spray to be able to be there. You get what you pay for. The location is fine, don’t rely on breakfast the waffle batter was out by 7 lol Overall. Would not stay here again EDIT: The hotel replied a generic response that is not at all related to what I stated. I did not need transportation, was not given extra towels or mention a driver. Do better
Airline voucher or $60 with a very basic breakfast included. Staff is great and the lobby and hallways are very worn out but my room was clean, functional and a welcome cold on a 100+ degree day. They give you a one bottle of water complementary and another at night if you ask for it. Beats spending 14h at the airport overnight! Keep your ear plugs! You’ll need them to block out the planes, AC, ice maker and other noises (as with most hotels). Shuttle is pretty fast.
