6 of us traveling from Cancun and we missed our connecting flight with American Airlines. They gave us hotel vouchers and put us up in this Quality Inn with three rooms. Upon arrival, a cat was seen outside the entrance chasing a cockroach. Upon checking in, the check in person seemed confused, but gave us the 3 rooms AA requested for us. Not super friendly. So, 2 rooms smelled of cat pee. Was switched to 2 other rooms. One was tolerable, 2nd smelled of must and mildew, switched again. That room was worse smelling of mold/mi... read more
American Airlines voucher hotel with roaches in the room. And the shuttle took 1 hour and 20 minutes to pick guests up from DFW. Please stay somewhere else.
The shuttle Bus to the airport was extremely late, but Jay at the front desk was super nice and helpful.
Chambre propre, spacieuse, confortable. Bonne pression sous la douche et bonne isolation sonore. Piscine agréable et salle de sport fonctionnelle. Les points négatifs : le personnel qu'on avait l'air d'embêter par notre présence. Il faut insister pour avoir un bonjour, et ils parlent en monosyllabes.
