This place is DISGUSTING! STAY AWAY! We had bugs and roaches in our room, the floor was dirty and I had to wash it down with the bath mat. The air conditioner had mold/mildew on it and the lock for the door was missing. There was a large rock placed at the side door (our room was right next to this door) to keep the door open at all times. We removed the rock. The side door slammed shut from 5;45 to 6;15 as every worker was leaving. Staff was rude and refused to return our payment. I have more pics but they are on video and ... read more
The rooms need to be fixed and up dated .the room was not very clean we payed over 200 for a room with jacuzzi there was dirt and spider webs on the ceiling, I don't think they changed the sheets on the bed they had a dirty feet smell .we could hear the door to the stairs slam shut every few minutes most of the night .we will not stay again .
It was very clean.And everybody was really nice
