Comfortable stay… Last Thanksgiving holiday we spent at this place for three days while visiting Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The room had a nice décor and was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The employees were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, it is situated close to a good number of eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a location that I would heartily recommend.
I called about a job position , the woman who I spoke to was extremely quick to cut me off , as she was dealing with a guest and myself at the same time . A simple “can I put you on hold “ would have been great . The lack of knowledge , customer service , and basic human decency was enough for me to end the call . Absolutely would not recommend and shame on the woman who answered the call to be just be super discouraging, distasteful , and lacking of basic communication skills .Please do better .
