We stayed here for work. Return a week later for work and was accused immediately on entering the hotel by the front desk of leaving a dirty room on our last visit. After 5 minutes of telling the lady she had the wrong people,The young lady checked our names and said she was wrong.We asked to speak to a manager and was told he was in Canada and his phone doesn't work there. This Platinum member is NOT staying there again.
Quite possibly the worst stay at a hotel I've ever experienced. It seemed like it was one problem after another. I called ahead to make a reservation. I was told it would be $129 after fees for a non-smoking, king-size bed, and there would be additional $30 for my dog. When I checked in I asked about the pool hours but was told the pool was closed for maintenance and was directed to go to the YMCA and get a day pass if I wanted to use a pool. I get a call from the front desk before getting there stating that they did not have a room for me because of a maintenance issue. When I asked if anyone else was losing their room he said no. When I told him there were several of us staying at that hotel he said he would call me back. About an hour later he calls back and says he has a room for me. Elevator does not work. Pool has been closed for a year. If you drink water or water based drinks, bring bottled.
