Accueil sans plus. Frigo très bruyant. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Hôtel à rafraîchir. Piscine vidée car verte. En même temps, qui a envie de se baigner sur un parking ? Musique à fond et papotages bruyants dans une chambre voisine dès 22h30. À 2h du matin, nous sommes allés voir la réceptionniste. Rien n'a été fait. Merci à elle pour son inefficacité redoutable et sa complaisance à leur égard..👏. Pour info, les papotages et la musique n'ont pas cessé de la nuit et étaient encore présents à 6h30...
Went out of my way and spent extra money for an outdoor pool. Even called the day prior to make sure it was open left early to enjoy pool only to arrive to a filthy green pool only thing missing was Shrek!!!!
one of worse hotel stays we've experienced. upon arrival our toilet in room would not flush and had toilet paper floating from previous user. contacted front desk and got moved to another room. Got into new room and toilet still would not flush properly and would almost overflow, contacted front desk again and they made us come get a plunger to do it ourself as they were on phone with customer. i went up to check and he was not on phone with anyone. anyways reserved this hotel mainly as it had a pool for our kids. hot tub an... read more
