Solid and clean and safe area. Does smell strongly of cigarettes in some areas of the hotel though. Staff was friendly.
I had a reservation, and when I showed up.... they had the reservation, but no rooms. Not trustworthy. I called back the next day, and my reservation was still available. Blame the night guy doing shady business after hours. The front desk manager said she would fix the issue... and apologized.
The room was clean. It was just right for my needs, first floor close to the door, I am a disabled person so this was handy. It had a big vanity, bright lights, raised toilet & shower with several rails.
I wish I could give zero stars! We booked on booking.com and booked a king suite with a spa tub. I messaged the property on the website with no reply. The description stated my suite had the tub. We check in, Pay, walk to the room and there's no spa tub. We walked back to the front desk and the concierge was rude to us and told us that we needed to book a jacuzzi suite that the king suites do not have spa tubs despite the Description on booking.com.
