I wish I could give zero stars! We booked on booking.com and booked a king suite with a spa tub. I messaged the property on the website with no reply. The description stated my suite had the tub. We check in, Pay, walk to the room and there's no spa tub. We walked back to the front desk and the concierge was rude to us and told us that we needed to book a jacuzzi suite that the king suites do not have spa tubs despite the Description on booking.com. This would have been a perfect stay if it weren't for two things. The pool was greenish. I couldn't see my feet once I got past the middle into the 5 foot area. Most importantly the AC didn't work as it should. It almost seems like it is programmed to not work between 11 and 3 when there usually isn't anyone in the room and it wouldn't cool down past 75 during those hours. Worked well overnight but there is no option for constant fan and it shut off frequently which woke me up several times. If management will fix those two ... read more
