COCKROACHES!!! Was just staying one night, get out of the shower and one very big/mature COCKROACH, was strolling into the bathroom. Went to the front desk to let them know I wanted a refund and credit for a night at Windham for the the inconvenience of moving hotels. I was talking to the owner. Let me tell you this was Just $65 for the room and a $20 pet fee. Absolutely refused. Told me to call Priceline where I booked. update-I never received not a partial refund. They charged me for the 3 whole day charges even though we couldn't stay. Broken Crack pipe and all. Had to book at different hotel and paid there too. In business, you especially, hospitality you need compassion. I will send others across town at that Quality on Empire before even acknowledging this hotel. We booked the room due to a power outage in town. Prior to booking I called the hotel who confirmed they had power so I went ahead and booked. I get there only to be told a few rooms had power but we were able to get one that did, however the room had lights but no air conditioning even though the man at the front desk kept assuring us the a/c worked. And the room was filthy. Crumbs all over the floor, stains on the furniture, gunk on the bottom of the toilet. Absolutely disgusting, I will NEVER stay here again.
