Well shame on me for not checking the reviews first! Please do. This hotel only had three stars. They have received the same complaints over and over but obviously, do nothing about it. The lobby is updated and nice the rooms have not been updated. I found hair in the tub pee in the commode , toilet paper on the floor , tub stopper not working . After a hell of a long drive from Norfolk Va heading to Houston I was too tired to switch rooms. I felt ripped off. This IS Quality Inn but somehow they list their “Quality” somewher... read more

A decent room but a stiff bed. I didn't sleep well here.
The security of the hotel is acceptable. You can only access the rooms from inside the lobby, even though the doors face outside balconies. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was not good. I found several hairs in the shower, and there was a few spots on the walls that may have been mold. There are no carpets, which I actually prefer. And there were no bugs, and who doesn't appreciate a bug free room? Would not stay here again.
