Looked ok going in.. after getting unloaded I tried ordering food but had to go to the window to get a signal to do it.. then realized I couldn't get a signal to make a call.. I was greatly disappointed that I couldn't use my phone if I needed to call anyone for help, but at least I had the room phone right.. nope.. no dial tone.. I follow the cord and the line had been cut! The look of the reception area is deceiving. It is newly renovated and looks very nice so you assume the rest of the hotel will be too but it is not. Upon check-in, the staff was in the middle of shift change. There were 4 different parties waiting to get checked in and neither the worker coming in nor the worker clocking out seemed to want to help us.
