Was expecting a clean room to spend the night before getting on the road. Walked up to a mediocre room with cigarette birns mold and foumd a cockroach when i woke up.
Absolutely terrible. Don’t let the photos fool you. Not as nice as the pics look. Construction is currently happening on the main rd which may be 40 yards away from the rooms. Construction done at night and there was nothing we could do to dampen the noise. Tried to talk with the staff in lobby and was told nothing they could do as they are not responsible for the construction. Would not offer to move rooms. Terrible customer service. Not the quality expected. Floor is so dirty, toilet doesn’t flush unless you hold the handle for a long time. Bugs on the floor and a burn in the bed cover. Do not recommend.
It was pet friendly I was greeted by the roach on the front desk! I was greeted with an elevator full of mosquitoes! Inside my room I ran into the roaches family. Rooms were not clean, plumbing problems, , stained sheets, breakfast not good,I have stayed at other Quality Inn hotels and never had issues . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. 6/30/25
