Room needed updates ( moldy shower curtains ). Noise between rooms was bad. Needed to change rooms the next night.Not the hotel problem just an obnoxious next neighbor. The next night a party was having an event and the hall traffic was really loud. Once again not the hotels fault, just loud rude people. I got bit by something in the bed the doctor thinks it's a spider bite. On antibiotics for a week now.
Good for the price. Breakfast wasn’t bad, pool was nice, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Special call out to Pavani at the front desk who efficiently handled my complicated reservation questions and was very friendly. Great customer experience with her!
I WILL NEVER COME BACK AFTER HOW POORLY WE WERE TREATED BY GREG THE HEAD OF SECURITY. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL AND WAS AWFUL TO US, JUST BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK.
