ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!!! The first room I had been booked for had SIGNIFICANT amounts of cockroaches which was noticed the first 5 minutes of being in the room. I made a complaint to front desk WITH photo and video evidence, I stated I would be leaving and if that was the case I wanted a refund. The front desk clerk ensured me the rooms were “clean and well maintained” so being it was 2AM with a late night, I took the opportunity. Absolutely disgusting!! Bed bugs and roaches don’t stay here
This place is ran by a mean old man named Ed. He harrases guests daily. I have witnessed that they have bed bugs and a customer told them about it and showed them the bites and actual bed bugs, they threatened to sue and deny any wrong doing because they wanted a refund.I didn't see any in my room though. Another incident was I had brought a guest in the hotel today and he used the restroom in the lobby and the manager Ed ran in the bathroom and pushed my guest while he was urinating.
