Rooms smell terrible and there are stains on the walls and bed
Our room was dirty… the shower had gunk on the floor, there was hair all over the blow dryer it just wasn’t a good experience in a room.
Me and Boyfriend stay there 3 or 4 days . Good place to stay . People who work there are nice and friendly and understandable. Only problem I had was with one of the housecleaning lady was that she did not understand English at all so how she suppose to communicate with customers when some customers do not know Spanish but she knew how to say ( I DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH in a ENGLISH LANGUAGE ) She said that in English that was confusing to me . Accidentally left an IPAD in the room and they denied having it even though I know exactly where it was and they would’ve found it if they changed the bedding. After I made contact through booking.com I was contacted back. When I sent a prepaid box for the item to come back they did return it The pool is tiny though.
