Was just planning on passing through with my pup to fish on the way home but ended up staying pretty late so I decided to spend the night. This room was considerably more affordably priced at the last minute than all the hotels nearby minus a couple others that I passed. I picked this one because it was walking distance from several restaurants and the parking lot is very well lit. I once gave this hotel a glowing review. In the last 10-15 years a lot has changed. It saddens me how bad the rooms and other hotel amenities have gotten. The two times I stayed here years ago, the rooms were well maintained, the pool and hot tub fully functioning and the breakfast was hot and full of choices. This stay was reversed. It started from the very beginning with our door. I was able to get it to read the key card but kept returning to get it re-keyed. We had traveled 600 miles for a wedding and Shane was absolutely amazing! Hotel was completely relaxing! Rooms and service was amazing!!!
Rooms aren’t clean. Breakfast Silverware isn’t clean. They gave me a room that someone else was in. Very traumatic experience. Beware booking here.
