This motel needs lots of work. In the room I stayed in, the floor appeared to be new, but was gritty. The bed frames squeak. The front door is off-kilter and lets light in at the top, The bathroom door opens in and makes it hard to actually get in - make the door open out. The ice machine was broken. The pool appeared to be operational, but was locked and has a sign that said it was closed.
