I reserved a room online for a little over $100.00, but when I got to the property, they washed to charge me an additional $200.00 deposit! I told them to cancel my reservation, but was later notified they had charged me $96.00 and I never stepped foot inside a room!

Absolutely terrible hotel. I called to ask if they could change the dates for a reservation I made, was put on hold for over 15 minutes just to be told they couldn’t do anything. I called back and asked if they could make a new reservation for me and the man on the phone was so disrespectful, had a terrible attitude, was very condescending, awful staff.

THEY STEAL! THIS PLACE IS A DEN OF THIEVES. Housekeeping will steal your stuff right out of your room and management will cover it up. We tracked my mother-in-law's tablet to one of their employees' homes and suddenly they "figured it out". They blamed the housekeeper's child and mailed it back, but I don't think there ever was a child. She was upset because she thought she had lost it, when somebody in a position of trust allowed her to be stolen from. No refund, no free night, barely an apology. I recently tried staying at this hotel because I was visiting from out of town, I was told not once but twice to come back in a hour to “check in” the first time I said okay, the second time is when I booked a different room at a different hotel, the guy didn’t even take time to look up my name or anything just kept turning me away.. when I asked him how much longer when I was turned away the second time he pointed to him being on the phone then proceeded to to shrug. Nothing in this hotel is pleasing. Hot in the room but trying to argue with me about. Man I former military and from Florida I know what hot is. Microwave disgusting and I think we got bed bugs. Once I get back to North Augusta heading to my doctors office to see what me and my family got from this hotel. And its overly priced. Stayed at better places.
