I was charged for 2 rooms and only stayed in one. The staff at the front told me I would receive a refund, a follow up call was made to me after I left the property saying the same thing. Time passed and I never received the refund, I called and the manager was disgustingly rude, accused me of lying and told me I would not have my refund processed. The management are liars, this hotel needs a new manager and supervisor.
Great Staff, very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, they offer smoking rooms, this is hard to find these days. The rooms are very nice with a big tub which is also one of the things I always look for.
