My experience was not good. Arrived in a wheelchair van for a child in a wheelchair only to find that all handicapped parking were taken. Two spots were taken by staff with NO handicap placards shown in the cars. We had reserved a wheelchair accessible room so they knew we would arrive and didn't offer to move their car so we could have a handicap spot to deploy the ramp.
