Worst hotel experience! First initial impression was the entry look nice and clean I continue to get my room and there was somebody already in it. Not fun walking in on people then I got my room and I had no hot water at all at the sink shower was lukewarm and there was hair and a bar of soap left in the tub. AC wasn't on so it smelled a little funny. Refrigerator wasn't turned on so I could not use that. Told the front desk and they said oh sorry we're short-handed there's nothing we can do. Si pudiera dar 0 Estrellas lo aria es el peor hotel no lo recomiendo. Nos dieron la habitación usada y nos cobraron 180 dollares que aún no nos han regresado a la targeta regresamos a decirles y nos cambiaron a otra habitación tambien estaba sucia y cobraron nuevamente 130 dollares . El baño todo sucio y el cuarto olía horrible
Rooms were great but don’t expect quality sleep. They blast talk show on the radio in the hall. I woke up so many times thinking we left the tv on. When asked to turn it down they say they can’t. Only the manager can adjust it but the manager isn’t in. To top it off I was trying to enjoy breakfast with my kids but had to whisk them out the door when the talk show started talking about sticking tampons in vaginas.
Do not stay at this hotel. It was awful. The room smelled really bad. There was no TV or Internet. The bathtub drain would not stop up resulting in our baby having no bath that night. The closet mirrored door was broken (safety issue) and would not stay shut. To top it off, the telephone in the room was disconnected, and there was no connecting cord.
