Can’t beat the quality of room for $120 or less for the room and services! Sil on the front desk is great dude to talk to. Will be back
We stayed over after the Crown of Maine Balloon Festival. Sil at the front desk was very accommodating, very welcoming. Our room was clean and everything in working order. Continental breakfast available. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.
Our extended stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff and comfortable accommodations. We especially want to acknowledge the young man at the front desk, who was consistently professional and remarkably knowledgeable about the local area, offering helpful tips and insights throughout our visit. I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Caribou, Maine and had a terrible experience. This hotel is not in a condition to be rented out, especially for the price they charge. Unsafe and Unsanitary Conditions: The hotel was in a shocking state of disrepair. Outside, there was litter scattered around the property, and I was concerned to see what appeared to be someone living in a tent in the back. Inside, the problems continued.
