Amazing staff and an amazing stay!
Without a doubt it is the worst in their entire chain of franchises. The room was lesser than a motel 6. The staff was incompetent and the breakfast was not bad. We were staying in the area for 4 nights but left after 1. Beware of this dump
We missed the fact that there is no elevator at this location. It's an older building, but reasonably clean. Staff was awesome. And there's an IHOP and a Safeway in walking distance.
Extremely loud day and night inside and out. Employees talk very loudly in the halls. Don't plan on sleeping in, it is impossible.
The check-in person with green hair was the highlight of our stay - He was very kind, friendly, & funny! Much needed after a long day on the road. The room was ok but pls note there is no elevator, so if you get an upstairs room, you're taking some stairs!
