Excellent location, excellent staff and clean rooms. The front desk extraordinaire, Alissa. was very friendly, professional and competent. Made me feel like I was part of a family. I would recommend this place to all travelers. Thank you Quality Inn and Suites
Overbooked, overcharged for 4 nights instead of two. Bad Inventory system. Spend 3 hours In the late evening to try and find a solution for the first night. Told them not to cancel my reservation as I only needed to find a room elsewhere for the first night - and they still cancelled it. Had to call Expedia to get help. Already got charged for these rooms btw. So they tell me to come in the next day and I won’t be charged additionally. After I check out, I find out that instead of being charged $280, I’m being charged ~$878.... read more
Unbelievable that a 250 dollar a night hotel is just a disgusting motel. My room had random hair all over the place, and was dingy, smelly, and overall gross. Front desk people were super nice but the actual facilities are creepy.
