Crap service (not in person, just over the phone) I was nothing but polite, just had a few questions about rates. First time I was hung up on was odd, mid sentence? Thought it might have been an accident. I called back, I was hung up on again! All I wanted to know was military discounts per night. I was giving him the nights and said, well she will be staying next Wednesday…. And he interrupted me and said “I don’t know why people call for others it’s a waste of my time” click. ??? Really?!
I have stayed at this motel several times and it is always exactly right for me. Shaun (front desk) is very nice and friendly, and Kalli (manager) is also helpful and kind. Housekeeping is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and it is overall a good value, especially with the hot breakfast. Pet friendly and very convenient.
Came to visit my brother, did not expect to climb stairs to bring up suitcases. I'm a 69 year old woman with arthritis in left knee, and is asthmatic. If I could afford moving to another hotel, I would in a heartbeat. This is RIDICULOUS A HOTEL THAT MAKES THEIR GUESTS WALK UP STAIRS!!!!!!!
Check in was easy, rooms were nice, check the little coffee maker, we went to make a cup and the inside was not cleaned out. Otherwise, the stay was nice. Try getting a room on the second floor, the bottom floor stays busy all hours of the.
The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave which I actually put to use the whole time I was there. They are a little pricey, but worth the money if you want a mid-tier hotel.
