Great value for a clean room, helpful hard working staff, and hot breakfast.
Not too bad for the price. Nicer rooms than other hotels. Great shower.
Terrible. Book in multiple times a month. Cant use thr tv. Ever. They blame it on direct tv. I really dont care. When it happened everytime you guys need to stop advertising internet and television u cant provide. Or lower your prices. Currently laying in my motel room staring at the wall like normally happens with here. Oh go figure the coffee machine is down to
Most of the equipment in the fitness center is broken. Breakfast was not very good. Runny eggs and lukewarm sausages. Coffee pot was broken the entire time. The location was good and the staff were nice. The hotel itself is in need of renovation and a lot of repairs. For the area it was an ok place to Stay.
Rooms were outdated, but cozy at the same time. The Hotel could use an upgrade and change the carpets. The jacuzzi was a plus in the room. The staff were excellent. Location was great. Ample semi truck parking. Breakfast needed help. Sausages were cold to touch, waffle maker did not cook all the way through. I would stay here any time. MT Pleasant, IA
