Had a hard time getting a copy of my invoice. Was told that they could not provide a copy of my receipt due to company policy. I have stayed at quality inn in the past and never had an issue before. I will notify my company (walmart) about quality inn's policy. Personally, I will not stay at quality inn again.

I’m not very impressed with this hotel. The front desk clerk was at the back door smoking marijuana so that leaves a great impression for customers. Not sure of her name but had faded pink and blue hair I believe. The rooms are nasty. I had nail clipping suck to my feet, not sure what the stains are on the bed shirts and black mold in the bathroom. This is awesome because I have asthma and I had to leave the room window open. This would be the last place I would stay. This was place needs to be cleaned and personal replaced

I had 3 rooms booked for one night coming from 7 hours away for a funeral. Nema cancelled my reservation 3 hours before check in and could sound like she could careless
