We never had a bad experience at any of the comfort inn and suites we have visited.
The Comfort Inn & Suites was pleasant and comfortable. The receptionist/person at the desk was delightful. Our room was spacious and well set up, as was the bathroom. This hotel is a good value alternative to hotels in Portland and just a short drive to the city. We didn't eat the complementary breakfast so can't comment on it.
We had a wonderful, pleasant stay. the room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast on Sunday morning was satisfying. the staff were capable and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better anniversary experience.

I found nothing that was of any real importance to complain about. The staff did an excellent job at accommodating the ladies in our group. We have been there before and always enjoyed going there. They always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. I appreciate the safety of the hotel and did not worry about someone entering the hotel by another outside entrance.
good clean and comfortable beds. desk clerk and hostesses serving breakfast were very friendly. It was a quiet hotel and we felt very safe.
