The people at this place are miserable they should work somewhere where customer service is not required. We are here for a hockey trip. One of our kids was simply walking down the hall to get a fork for a snack and the front desk lady scolded them for being out of their rooms. We were sitting in lobby and then she patrolled the hotel and called one of our rooms and told them they had too many kids in the room and this was there last warning. This was a great place to stay in Manistique. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and the staff is so friendly. We had a great experience here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

I was redirected to this location because of the power being out at another hotel. Happy it happened though. This place was nice! Shelley was incredibly helpful - made us a pizza and made cookies for guests coming in. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

For what I needed and paid, definitely worth it even if I booked it through booking.com. it was 4 degrees outside and warm enough in the hotel room to sleep comfortably without a blanket. Idea for if they ever do a remodel and can add to the rooms, either something different for the bathroom doors or make the bathroom just a bit bigger. Door is too close to the toilet
