Dirty rooms, no elevators, rude staff (most likely because all the customers like me were very disappointed). Really did not like this place at all.
Don’t waste your time or money upon check-in, we were told the pool was broken, which made me upset because Mom I was looking forward to Swimming then we were told the room probably wasn’t ready because we got there 10 minutes early. Then the lady was almost mean Then we we’re charged twice the front desk clerk lied and said it would come off and it did not so so I am out $165 then it was hard to sleep because we kept hearing Stomping all night long from the upstairs guest and running through the halls of kids people talking... read more
Room was average, front desk was lightly staffed and their friends or relatives were always nearby.
Grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It stunk and appeared to have spits of pet urine all over the carpet. White bed cover either had dirt or stains on it. I don’t think I will dare get under the covers.
The location is great, but the cleanliness is abysmal. The carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned since the hotel was built, there was hair left behind in the sink, and on the curtains and on the bed, and surfaces just looked grimy. I had to request fresh sheets after checking in due to the sheets having stains, and remake the bed myself. The AC was full of dirt as well.
